Dear Felix

Once again you set the tone for the year by helping us run a successful conference. We appreciated your unfailing attention to detail. With all the last minute snags, we worried that something would fall through the cracks, but you anticipated every contingency. Several participants commented on how well you had organized the event.

We are fortunate to have you donate your time on occasions like this. On behalf of the Springfield Education Association, I express heartfelt thanks for all you do.
