It’s seem like yesterday, doesn’t it? I was your first sales representative, and you were my first client. In 1983, Daytona Appliances supplied the brand-new Crestmont hotels with a shipment of refrigerators, garbage disposals, and kitchen ovens. Today, Crestmont is one of the most popular hotels in Chennai, and I’m a good fourteen-years older. It’s been a pleasure doing business with you, but I want you to know that I will no longer represent Daytona after May 31. It’s time for me to move on.

I have accepted a job at House Help Industries and will be specializing in the sale of residential appliances. Your new sales representative will be Pranali Goel, a smart, energetic and friendly person, who’s been with Daytona for six years. I’m sure you will enjoy Pranali. Please expect a call from her next week.
