Dear Felix
Cooligan Water apologizes for a misconception about our new Super Cooler 400, the water cooler you ordered for your law firm this summer. I realize the brochure we sent you suggest that the Super Cooler is ideal for cooling iced tea and juice, since it contains color photographs of children retrieving red and green drinks from the glass cooler. These pictures should have been edited from the brochure—they represent whim on the part of our ad agency—but faulty communication resulted in a very misleading booklet.
We do not recommend filling your Super Cooler machine with anything but water for the simple reason that sugars and dyes will clog and contaminate the machine’s filtering system.
I am sorry for this misunderstanding. Please feel free to call me if you would like more information on the many special features of the Super Cooler 400.
Regards
Lydia
