Thanks for voicing your concern—I apologize for the frustration you experienced last weekend because our movers were late arriving at your house.

Elephant Moving & Storage strives to always arrive on time. However, on Saturday morning our moving truck got a flat tire on the freeway. By the time the tire was repaired, morning traffic had picked up considerably. This is why our movers did not arrive at your house until 11 a.m. when your appointment had been set for 9 a.m.

I hope you realize the delay was unavoidable and that our movers did the best they could to get to your house as quickly as possible. We wish you the best of luck in your move, and hope you will consider Elephant Moving & Storage for your future moving needs.
