Transport Service, which is considered the most reliable shipping service in the country. We have never experienced damaged shipments before, and we are investigating the situation.

I will see to it personally that a new treadmill arrives at your door in perfect shape within 14 business days. I will also arrange to have the delivery truck pick up the damaged treadmill from you.
