Customer Relations-Apologies for Billing Errors-5

Dear Felix

Pacifica Travel mailed you a bill yesterday for your tickets to the Bahamas. We realized afterwards that we forgot to deduct your special spring break discount. Your bill requests payment of Rs.240000; however the amount owed is only Rs.175000

please forgive this oversight. We are enclosing a corrected bill; please disregard the old one. Next time your plans call for air travel, we hope you will call Pacifica.
