The Bug Master representative who sprayed your home reported back to our office that you had been promised a price of only Rs.3000 by one of our customer service technicians. The normal price for this service is Rs.5500. We have never offered our most comprehensive service at such a low price—if we did, we would be out of business.

Because of this honest misunderstanding, we are willing to give you a significant discount of 25 percent off the original price of the service. You will see on the enclosed bill that you are only being charged Rs.2000
