There’s a special note on my calendar today: it’s your birthday! Seems like birthdays are beginning to become a pattern with you. . . I exhibit the same behavior, Tina.

All kidding aside, I wanted to take the time to tell you how nice it is to see your smiling face when I visit the office for a sales presentation. You really have a fantastic personality.
