I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our tea breads and am thinking about switching to another wholesale bakery. According to our agreement, Sahay Bakery was to create five new tea bread recipes, using rice or soy flour as the exclusive base for Rainforest Cafe.
There was no intention on my part to deceive you as to the ingredients in the tea breads. Apparently, the afternoon baker in charge of making your tea breads misunderstood my instructions and used equal parts of rice flour and all-purpose white flour. I apologize for any embarrassment or inconvenience our mistake may have caused you.
We’d appreciate Rainforest Cafe giving Sahay Bakery another chance to prove our baking abilities. Please try the enclosed breads that have been prepared to meet your recipe requirements.
