In your recent letter you cited “not enough demand” as the primary reason for not renewing your order for Glitter Star lava lamps. We find surprising, especially since other dealers in your area are selling the lava lamps faster than they can keep them in stock.

We want to help you increase your sales of our popular lava lamps and have arranged for our sales representative, Leena Patel, to visit your store next week. Leena will make recommendations on product placement; she will also bring you some new promotional materials for in-store displays. We hope this situation can be remedied to everyone’s satisfaction.
