Per our telephone conversation today, Batra’s will cater Belle Park Theater’s “Rocking Christmas Party,” Saturday, December 20, 1997.

Menu highlights will include grilled shrimp, barbecued chicken, and vegetarian lasagna. We will provide:

•Wait staff

•Tables and chairs

•Linens

•Silverware,

•Plates to accommodate 200–250 people

Batra’s is not responsible for providing or serving beverages. The total cost for the catering event will be Rs.152 000, to be paid in full no later than one week of services rendered. Please call me at your earliest convenience if you need to make any changes or additions.
