As a follow-up to our meeting last week, I wanted to review the key elements of the proposed job reference database for your company. The database will include:

• Job description

• Date job opens and last date for submission of resumes

• Expected salary

• Job requirements

• Job location

• Personal notes from the hiring manager

If think of any other categories you would like to add, please call me at least a week prior to the demonstration of the sample database to make changes.
