Demand for Clarification - 1

Dear Felix,

The photo accompanying your story “Freedom Fighters” that appeared in the Sunday Chronicle supplement, Zest, was incorrectly identified as “Jay K. Lal, an employee of Habib Tool Company.”

The photo did include one of our former employees–Jatin T. Patel, not Jay K. Lal. Mr. Lal is a senior executive at our firm but has nothing to do with the freedom fighters portrayed in your story.

We ask that you retract this erroneous identification immediately.
