Dear Sir


I am writing this letter to inform you that we have received less than satisfactory service/product from your company. Although we have tried to rectify the problem with your company but still nothing has been done.

Kindly resolve these problems (list the problems) that we have encountered as a result of an engagement with your company, at the earliest possible. I would also like to forewarn you that we intend to receive a quality service/product for our money or we would like to have our money back.

We hope that this is a temporary problem and are keen to work with your company in future as well.
