At a trade show last month, our range buyer discovered an excellent new supplier for range ovens. We were so excited that we encouraged our marketing department to announce these fabulous range ovens in the newsletter you recently distributed throughout your trading district.

Apparently, stores across the nation had a similar reaction to Commercial Kitchen. Our buyer had not anticipated such an overwhelming response; therefore, she did not order enough units to meet demand. Now, at least 200 restaurants in the southwest alone hold rain checks for this revolutionary new range.

Good news! The range manufacturer is increasing its production capacity, and I can promise you a shipment within three weeks.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, and I will call you just as soon as the shipment arrives.
