Thank you for taking the time to complete the Marie’s Restaurant comment card. I am sorry that your meal at Marie’s was less than wonderful.
You have dined at Marie’s many times, and I’m sure you have become accustomed to our high quality standards, both inside the kitchen and out. When you visited recently, we were experiencing a mad rush and let things get a bit too hectic. Please know that I have organized a rigorous training session to ensure that we never create this sort of atmosphere again.
