As you’ll recall, you asked me to reserve eight rooms for your November trade show clients here at the Corporate Home Hotel. I’m afraid I spoke too soon when I told you we would have rooms available. I checked the computer this morning and discovered that we are in fact overbooked. Therefore, I am unable to secure reservations for you.

I am sorry for this inconvenience. I am sending you a list of nearby hotel phone numbers. The first two, Business Day Inn and Hotel Gabrini, offer corporate suites complete with meeting rooms.

Hotel Gabrini: 2445-9584

The St. John: 2446-6950

Each one of these hotels is comparable in price to Corporate Home. I would try Business Day Inn first—I suspect that you will find space without trouble, but if you need any further assistance, give me a call.
