Thank you for informing us of the rude treatment you received from our employees at the grand opening of Paper Planet’s northwest location.

The employees you mentioned in your complaint letter were hired on a short-term basis to help out with our grand opening. The manager of the northwest store reported to me that the temporary staff seemed overwhelmed that day: they had trouble keeping up with their duties and demonstrated poor customer service skills. Those temporary employees are no longer with Paper Planet.

Please know that Paper Planet is dedicated to excellence in customer service, and that all permanent employees will be thoroughly trained to meet customers’ needs efficiently and courteously.
