I apologize for Printel’s delay in getting you the printer belt you ordered. I had to special-order the belt from our southern warehouse because our northern warehouse was out of stock for that particular belt.
The manager at our southern warehouse assures me he will have your belt by the end of next week, at which time he will ship it to you overnight.
