Glamour Floors works hard to efficiently and correctly fill every order we receive, but our high demand for orders means that mistakes sometimes occur.

You ordered the designer “Pink Taffeta” carpet; however, we have sold out of stock in this color. The “Plumb Lace” carpet you received was sent out by mistake.

I am sorry for this inconvenience. If you would like to keep the “Plumb Lace” designer carpet, please do so at half price. Otherwise, I will refund your money completely. Also, I have enclosed some information about our latest line of carpeting.
