I am so pleased to learn that you accepted our proposal for your new patio and deck. Enclosed, you’ll find copies of our signed agreement and the preliminary blueprint plans. Please sign the agreement and we’ll pick it up Monday.

Let’s talk further next week. I know you’re hoping to set the completion date for early October, and I think that sounds perfectly feasible.
