We are sorry Summit Florist lost long distance service for three days. As you probably know, most of the Northwest experienced a loss of electrical power last month. Because we didn’t anticipate such a mass outage, we did not have enough power sources in place to keep our system in operation. Since then, we have installed a network of back-up generators that will allow continued service in case of power failure.

Summit Florists is a valued customer, and National Telephone is dedicated to providing you the highest level of service possible. We appreciate your understanding.
