Dear Felix,

When you run a family-owned restaurant, like we do, you get to know the customers who are special, who have been faithful patrons over the years.

You are such customers—having been with us almost every week from the day we opened. Although you may not realize it, this year marks the 10th anniversary of your patronage of our restaurant. We are honored by your loyalty, and proud to know that we have continued to please you.

We would like to offer you a special dinner next Friday. Come prepared to try some new dishes, created especially for you. Your usual table will be waiting. The only thing that will be missing is your check.
