Customer relation- Notification of new Hour/Location - 2

Dear Felix,

We are writing to inform you of a change in our customer service department. After tallying the number of calls received each hour, as well as those we received after hours, we have decided to adjust our hours of operation.

Instead of being available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., your service line will now be open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. We hope this will be of greater convenience to you.
