Dear Felix,

Thank you for your interest in our catering company. As per your request, I am sending you a brochure which contains photographs of some of the banquets and receptions we have catered. You will also find our spring menu listing the various foods and drinks we offer, along with a pricing sheet. If there is something you would like to order that is not on our menu, let us know. We will be happy to quote you a special price for it.

I am also sending you some sample menu price sheets based on meals prepared for groups of 60, which is the approximate number of people you are planning on. This should give you a clearer idea of the cost range for various menu combinations.
