Write a letter complaining about the problems occurring in youe Microwave.


Dear Sir/Madam,


I am writing you concerning the purchase and subsequent return of a (name of model) microwave oven that I bought on (date) at the cost of $300. The price included a two-day delivery and a 60-day money-back trial offer. However, the $300 was immediately charged to my (name of credit card).

I would like to inform you that this product did not perform satisfactorily, and after a week's time I decided to return the product your company. When I spoke to one of your company's representatives by phone, I was informed that the shipping and handling charges, as well as the price of the Microwave would be credited to my account. I shipped the item by UPX and was notified duly of its receipt. As on (date), I have received a statement for credit card and I was shocked to find that no credit has been applied to my account for neither the microwave nor the shipping and handling charges.

I fail to understand that when the product was charged to my account immediately when I ordered it, why the same promptness was not applied in crediting my account immediately upon receipt of the returned item. There is no real excuse for this delay other than someone not wanting to take the necessary time in crediting my account. These finance charges, as well as this letter, could have been avoided if your employees had been as prompt in crediting my account as they were in charging to it. It is not my responsibility to pay for your company's lack of promptness and I rightfully deserve a refund to any and all finance charges that may be applied during this time period.

I would like a quick solution for my problem and amount credited to my account immediately so that I may remain a customer of your company in the future.
